These Terms & Conditions apply to the Massy Stores (Guyana) Inc’s website located at www.shopmassystoresgy.com and all other sites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools where these Terms & Conditions appear or are linked (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions set out your legal rights and responsibilities; our legal rights and responsibilities; and certain key information required by law.

In these Terms and Conditions: ‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means MASSY STORES (GUYANA) INC. , a company registered under the Laws of Guyana with its registered office at Lot R5, Ruimveldt, Georgetown, Guyana and its subsidiaries and affiliates. ‘You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us.
